PRODUCT USAGE

USING FRUIT/VEGETABLE STRAINER ATTACHMENT
Always use food pusher.
Keep fingers out of openings.
Keep away from children.
Failure to do so can result in amputation or cuts.
1.
Cut food into pieces that will fit in the Feed Tube.
2.
Turn the Stand Mixer to Speed 4 and feed food into the Feed Tube using the Food Pusher.
NOTE: Liquid may appear in the Removable Tray when processing large amounts of high-
moisture foods such as tomatoes or grapes. To drain liquid, continue to operate the Stand
Mixer. To avoid damage to the Stand Mixer, do not process additional food until the liquid
has drained from the Removable Tray.

CARE AND CLEANING

IMPORTANT: Allow the appliance to cool completely before putting on or taking off parts, and
before cleaning the appliance.

Dishwasher-safe parts, top rack only: Collar, Removable Tray, and Food Pusher.
2.
The following parts should be hand-washed only, using warm, soapy water and
drying thoroughly: Main Housing, Long Grind Screw, and Shaft Assembly.
TIP: A small bottle brush may be used to help remove pulp from the Strainer Cone.
