In- & Außerbetriebnahme Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist von eingewiesenem Personal zu prüfen, ob ein geeigneter Schlagschrau- ber ausgewählt und dieser mit dem MiniFix ordnungsgemäß verbunden wurde.  Der Antrieb des MiniFix erfolgt über eine 10 mm oder 24 mm schlagschrauberfeste Stecknuss aus  Stahl. Geeignet sind Schlagschrauber mit einem Anzugsmoment von max. 700 Nm bei einem Antrieb  des MiniFix mit der Schlüsselweite 10 mm. Bei der Schlüsselweite von 24 mm sind Schlagschrauber  bis 1627 Nm zulässig.  •  Beim Verbinden keine Gewalt anwenden.  •  Freigängigkeit der Kegelspirale und Schlagstecknuss prüfen. •  Batterie mit Schlagschrauber verbinden. •  MiniFix mit Schlagschrauber verbinden.   • Seite 9 Wartung & Instandhaltung Für die Wartung und Instandhaltung ist ausschließlich eingewiesenes (Fach-) Personal oder eine Elektrofachkraft qualifiziert. Die Reinigungsintervalle hängen vom Grad der Verschmutzung ab.  Vor Beginn der Wartungsarbeiten ist der MiniFix unbedingt außer Betrieb zu nehmen. Hierfür sind folgende Schritte einzuhalten: •  Batterie von Schlagschrauber trennen. •  Verschleißteile nach Vorgabe und bei Bedarf ersetzen. •  Mängel, z. B. gelockerte Befestigungen, sofort beheben.
  • Seite 10 Ersatzteile erhalten Sie über den Hersteller. Für Ersatzteilbestellungen werden die Artikelnummer und Seriennummer benötigt. Demontage Für Arbeiten (Einbau von Ersatzteilen und Reparaturarbeiten), die nicht in dieser Betriebsanleitung  beschrieben sind, steht der Hersteller zur Verfügung.  •  MiniFix von Holzmaterial befreien.  •  MiniFix vom Schlagschrauber trennen. Einlagerung & Entsorgung Für die Einlagerung und Entsorgung ist ausschließlich eingewiesenes Personal qualifiziert.  Reinigen und schützen Sie den MiniFix vor der Einlagerung.  Der MiniFix ist werksseitig so vorbereitet, dass ohne weiteren Aufwand eine Zwischenlagerung bis zu  6 Monaten möglich ist. Sicherstellen, dass der Lagerraum folgende Bedingungen erfüllt:  trocken, frostfrei, erschütterungsfrei, geschützt, konstante Luftfeuchtigkeit, Umgebungstemperatur  + 5 °C bis + 40 °C. Entsorgen Sie den MiniFix fachgerecht, z.B. Wertstoffhof. Demontieren Sie die elektrischen Kompo- nenten (Schlagschrauber) und entsorgen Sie diese als Elektroschrott. Die Kunststoffteile (Polyethylen)  sowie die Metallteile können nun materialspezifisch recycelt werden. Personal protective equipment requirements The noise generated during operation of the MiniFix can pose a hazard over time represent – wear  hearing protection! When drilling, parts can be ejected through the MiniFix – wear protective goggles  and safety shoes! Improper use The following uses are not permitted: •  Bringing in objects that severely impede movement. •    O perating the MiniFix on unsuitable ground conditions and in unsuitable lighting conditions. •  Using the MiniFix contrary to the intended use. •    T he dismantling, bridging or decommissioning of safety and protective devices. •  Poor maintenance, repair and servicing measures. •    R epair, cleaning and maintenance work without switching off the MiniFix and physically  disconnecting the power supply. •    U nauthorized structural changes as well as additions and conversions without prior consultation  with the manufacturer. •  Operate with an obvious fault.

Danger from reaching in and being caught During operation there is a danger to persons who reach into the drilling area or who are  wearing loose clothing. •  The work area must be freely visible. •  Clothing must be close-fitting – pay attention to shoelaces. •  Only hold the MiniFix by the handle provided. Danger from ejected objects During operation, wood material can be thrown out by the MiniFix. •    B efore starting work: Make sure that nobody is in the immediate vicinity of the MiniFix.

Storage Consider storage space requirements: •  Airable and evenly tempered. •  Temperature is between 15 °C and 25 °C •  Relative humidity is less than 65 %. For more than six months of storage, anti-corrosion measures for bare metal parts cause. Commissioning/Decommissioning Before commissioning, instructed personnel must check whether a suitable impact wrench has  been selected and properly connected to the MiniFix. The MiniFix is driven by a 10 mm or 24 mm impact wrench socket made of steel. Impact wrenches  with a tightening torque of max. 700 Nm for a MiniFix drive with a wrench size of 10 mm are suitable.  With a wrench size of 24 mm, impact wrenches up to 1627 Nm are permitted. •  Do not use force when connecting. •  Check the free movement of the spiral cone and impact socket. •  Connect battery to impact wrench. •  Connect MiniFix to impact wrench. Decommissioning If the MiniFix is     t o be stored for a longer period of time, we recommend preserving it. •  Remove wood residue. •  Loosen connections. •  Shut down the impact wrench according to the manufacturer‘s specifications. Operation Only trained (specialist) personnel are qualified for operation. •    T he tree or wood to be processed is suitable for using the MiniFix suitable. •  The strength of the wood is suitable for the cone spiral. •  Place the MiniFix on the saw gap and switch on the impact wrench. Notice: The lifting power of the MiniFix is approx. 2-3 t depending on the strength of the wood. Every 50 operating hours: Check the MiniFix for cracks and check the state of wear. Repair If repairs are necessary on site for compelling reasons: Have the repairs carried out by  BaSt-Ing GmbH service personnel. You can obtain spare parts from the manufacturer. The item number and serial number are required to order spare parts. Dismantling For work (installation of spare parts and repair work) that is not covered in these operating  instructions are described, the manufacturer is available. •  Remove wood material from MiniFix. •  Separate the MiniFix from the impact wrench. Storage/Disposal Only trained personnel are qualified for storage and disposal.

Travail sur le MiniFix La clé à chocs est sous tension pendant le fonctionnement. Tous les travaux ne doivent être effectués  qu‘à l‘état hors tension.   • Seite 30 Espace de rangement Tenez compte des besoins en espace de stockage : •  Airable et tempéré uniformément. •  La température est comprise entre 15 °C et 25 °C •  L‘humidité relative est inférieure à 65 %. Vous pouvez obtenir des pièces de rechange auprès du fabricant. Le numéro d‘article et le numéro  de série sont nécessaires pour commander des pièces de rechange.   • Seite 33 Garantie Pour le MiniFix, nous accordons une garantie de 12 mois á compter de la date de livraison sur le  fonctionnement et l‘absence de défauts du matériel. Celle-ci ne s‘étend pas aux conséquences  de l‘usure habituelle, d‘une surcharge, d‘une manipulation incorrecte ou du montage de pièces de  rechange de tiers. Une garantie peut alors être uniquement prise en charge si l‘appareil nous est présenté non démonté  à des fins de contrôle. Les dommages causés par des vices de maé  riel ou de fabrication seront  corrigés gratuitement par une livraison de remplacement ou une réparation.
