CLOSED
- Never switch on the pump in this mode!
Use this mode to clean the prefilter (if available) or checking the system for leaks and sealing the
affected spots.
The water flow in the pump and in the filter is blocked. Make sure that feed and drain hoses are filled
with water and might have to be closed off with shut-off valves or plugs.
WASTE
- The pool can only be drained up to the minimum water level at the height of the suction
line. Make sure to switch the pump off once this level is reached to prevent the pump
from running dry.
Use this mode to clean the pool in the case of heavy soiling.
The water is guided past the filter and discharged directly via the backwash line.
WINTER
- Never switch on the pump in this mode!
Use this mode to store the filter system in the winter.
The valve lever is in an intermediate position which relieves the inner valve components.
Timer function
With the integrated timer, you can start and stop the pump automatically once a day for the set time. To
set several intervals within a 24-hour period, you need an external timer (see section "Operation").
The timer has a battery (see section "Technical data"). If the power supply is disconnected or in case of
a power outage, the start time and the running time are saved.
When the power supply to the pump is restored, the timer activates the pump at the set start time and
for the set running time.
Example: 6 hours running time
1. Connect the power plug of the pump
The running time display is lit.
2. Press the TIMER button several times until the LED "6" is lit.
3. Press the ON/OFF button.
The pump is switched on and runs continuously for the next 6 hours.
For example: if you press the ON/OFF button at 12 PM, the filter system runs until 6 PM. The timer
activates the pump again at 12 PM the next day.
Example: external timer
To use this mode a battery must be inserted and you need an external timer (not included in the
package contents).
1. Connect the timer to the power supply and set the desired running times.
The timer must now supply power to the pump.
2. Connect the power plug of the pump
The running time display is lit.
If the display is not lit, the timer is inactive. Read the operating instructions of the timer.
