Central ventilation unit – KWL 250 W/W ET
• Activate/deactivate cold recovery system
The living spaces are ventilated with supply air that is as cool as possible by activating the cold recovery system. The
bypass function depends on the temperature level of the intake air in relation to the room temperature.
Bypass ON Intake air is cooler than the room air. The intake air flows directly into the living spaces as supply air.
Bypass OFF Intake air is warmer than the room air. The intake air is cooled by the extract air via the heat exchanger.
ⓘ If the cold recovery system is activated, the plug at the bottom of the unit must be removed (see Fig. 34) to
ensure the condensate drainage (cf. also chapter 4.3 „Install ball siphon", page 12).
