What are error messages

Error messages indicate an exceptional state (error) or a malfunction in the coffee machine. The display will indicate
which part of the machine is causing the problem.

Handling error messages

Switch the machine off at the mains and wait about 1 minute before switching it back on again. Try to start a product
again. If the attempt is successful, you can continue to use the machine in the normal way. If it is not successful, jot
down the error message, switch the machine off and contact Customer Service.
Water piston jammed
The current to the piston is too high.
There is a disruption to the water piston.
There is a malfunction in the piston unit in the percolator.
Coffee piston jammed
The current to the piston is too high.
There is a disruption to the coffee piston.
There is a malfunction in the coffee piston unit in the perco-
lator.
The tea / steam boiler could not be refilled
The tea / steam boiler could not be refilled in the time set.
Coffee only dripping
If the flow of water can no longer be measured, this error
message will appear.
Fuse on main board faulty
The fuse on the main board is faulty.
Connection to interface interrupted
If the coffee machine is operated with a payment system, this
message will appear if the interface could not be recognised
(for example if the connection is interrupted).
Temperature sensor on coffee boiler faulty
The temperature sensor on the coffee boiler cannot be read
correctly or is faulty.
Temperature sensor on tea / steam boiler faulty
The temperature sensor on the tea / steam boiler cannot be
read correctly or is faulty.
