Disassembling of the pump
Repairs must be accomplished by authorized persons only.
Warranty claims expire with unauthorized repairs or arbitrary
modifications. Any liability for consequential damages such as
personal damages, property and material damages caused by
inproper repairs is excluded.
The power supply must be disconnected for all services always.
9.3.1 Unscrew bolts (pos. 5) of the pump cap. Remove the pump cap (pos. 10) and
disconnect the wiring (L1 to L3, PE).
9.3.2 Unmount the MD - Elektronic System (pos. 13) by disconnecting the motor
connection line (M1 to M3) and the temperatur monitoring line (H1 and H2)
am MD-Sensor (W – pos. 14).
Cause
RCD (residual-current-operated
protective device) disconnects
power supply:
- wrong poled power socket
- power plug, power connection
line, or pump breakdown
Pump is too much immersed into
the sludge.
Intake strainer is blocked.
Hose is bended.
Impeller or diffuser is worn out.

Troubleshooting
- Use a different power
socket.
- Maintenance only by an
authorized service
station.
Lift pump and put it on a
solid base or in a basket,
or hang it with a rope.
Clean intake strainer.
Avoid bends; us an anti-
kinck device.
Replace worn out parts.
