Before the first use
Read these operating instructions
carefully before using the appliance
for the first time.
• Remove all packaging elements and stickers, but not
the rating plate.
• Place the Stroop wafer iron on a dry, non-slip and le-
vel surface.
• Clean the baking surface with a damp cloth.
• In case you use milk or corn-starch you should grease
the surface from time to time to avoid that the waff-
les stick on the coating.
• The first 2 Stroop waffles are not suitable for con-
sumption due to hygiene reasons.

heat the coat. Once the red light turns off you can
