ALIGNMENT WITH THE VEHICLE
POSITIONING
Place the headlight tester in front of the right
headlight of the vehicle at a distance of about
20cm, measure the height from the floor at the
center of the headlight and adjust the optical
chamber at the corresponding height using the
graduated scale on the column. As index of the
scale use the top of the sliding runner.
POSITIONING WITH LASER POINTER
(OPTIONAL)
Turning the wheel on the rear side of the
optical box to the position " 0 " , at the center
of the lens , a laser beam will be released
which will help the operator to align the center
of the headlight. The main use of this laser
point is especially to set up the headlight tester
at the master LED of a LED headlight.
Setting the angle of the light through the
wheel laser will turn off automatically.
At the end of each control, to avoid the rapid
discharge of the batteries bring the wheel of the
slopes on the bottom of the optical camera on a
different percentage from 0% ( eg 1 % )
CAUTION!
During this operation , do not look directly into
the beam, and make sure that this is not
aimed at anyone nearby of the working area .
