Inserting batteries

You need two 1.5V batteries, AAA, LR03 (alkaline).
1. Open the battery compartment by sliding the cover downwards
(1) and then folding it out.
2. Insert the upper
battery into the
compartment with
the negative pole
facing inwards, the
lower battery with the
positive pole facing
inwards (2).
3. Close the battery compartment.
You will need to replace the battery if the battery symbol appears on
the display, or if the display remains blank after you have pressed the
START button.
If you want the appliance to start inflating after replacing the
batteries, press
START immediately.
