f Remove the ring and the mounting plate from the chain.
f Thread the chain through the hole drilled in the tap unit from
below.
f Reattach the mounting plate and ring to the chain.
f Attach a plug to the chain.
f Using a screwdriver, screw the threaded rod into the small
threaded hole in the tap.
f Insert the lower O-ring into the tap.

f Tighten the connection hoses until finger-tight only.
Do not use pliers or a spanner.
f Take care not to twist the hoses.
f Screw the connection hoses into the threaded holes in the
tap unit until they are finger-tight. When doing so, observe
the markings on the tap and connection hose.
f Insert the tap into the hole from above.
f Secure the tap onto the threaded rod from below with the
soft profile washer, U-shaped pressure washer and hexagon
nut.
f Screw the spout with O-ring onto the tap body until
finger-tight.
