APPLICATION OF GLUE
1. To switch on, press the power switch, the status light lights
up red.
2. Wait until the glue has melted and is flowing freely from the
nozzle. The status light(3) truns green permanently.
3. Hold the glue gun steady and place the nozzle near the
surface where the glue is to be applied.
4. Press the trigger so that the glue comes out of the nozzle.
5. Press the trigger with two fingers for even application and
better control.
6. Release the trigger when the required amount of glue has
been applied. Tilt the nozzle slightly and gently pull the
nozzle away from the workpiece. This will avoid glue strings
on the workpiece.
7. To switch off, press the power switch, the status light turns
off. Place the glue gun on a piece of paper or cardboard
while it cools down to catch any drips of glue.
8. Wait until the glue gun and glue stick have completely
cooled before removing the battery.

NOTE:
When the glue stick in the chamber is almost empty, the glue
will stop flowing from the nozzle. Fill up by switching off the
glue gun, removing the battery and putting in a new glue stick.
