lifting/carrying the product. There is serious risk of accidents
if you carry battery-powered products with your finger on the
power switch, or connect power to battery-powered products
when the power switch is switched on.

Do not overreach. Always maintain a firm footing and good
balance. Never use the product from a ladder, tree or other
unstable footing. This ensures better control over the product
in unexpected situations.

Do not wear loose-fitting clothing or jewellery. Wear a hair
net if you have long hair. Loose-fitting clothing, jewellery and
long hair can come into contact with the hot nozzle.

Do not use battery-powered products if it is not possible to
switch them on and off with the power switch. Battery-
powered products that cannot be controlled with the power
switch are dangerous and must be repaired.

Remove the battery from the product before making any
adjustments, changing accessories, or putting the product
away. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of the
product starting accidentally.

Maintain battery-powered products. Check that moving parts
are properly adjusted and move freely, and that no parts are
