For best results the battery should be charged at
temperatures from 10 to 38°C. Do not store the battery
outdoors or in a vehicle where it can be exposed to extreme
temperatures – risk of serious personal injury.
•
The product must only be serviced at an authorised service
centre using identical spare parts. This will ensure that the
product remains safe to use.
•
Only use spare parts and accessories, recommended by the
manufacturer. Follow the maintenance instructions. The use
of non-approved parts, or failure to follow the maintenance
instructions, can result in a risk of electric shock and/or
personal injury.
•
The product is intended for application of hot melt adhesive.
•
Never put the product on its side before it has cooled.
•
Do not touch the hot nozzle on the product.
•
Only use the product in a well ventilated area, otherwise
there is a risk of inhaling harmful fumes and gas.
•
Do not point the nozzle at people or animals.
•
Do not point the nozzle up, or attempt to glue objects above
head height.
•
Do not handle glued objects before the glue has cooled and
completely dried.
•
Never insert any objects other than glue sticks in the
product. Glue sticks should always be inserted from the back
end of the product.
•
Keep your hands and fingers away from the nozzle when the
glue stick is put in.
•
Never leave the product unattended when switched on.
