Installation
NOTE:
Please refer to the airCloud Gateway user manual, and
perform this step after completing the installation, wiring, and
DIP switches.
Installation site
1. Follow all this product's safety information.
2. When connecting to the airCloud Gateway, make sure
that the airCloud Gateway is powered OFF.
3. The installation site must have 4G coverage.
4. If 4G network is used, the airCloud Gateway cannot be
installed in a metal electric control box.
5. 4G network signal strength depends on local network
service provider.

Maintenance and Service
1. Keep the equipment and its accessories dry.
2. Do not place the device and its accessories in areas
with excessively high or low temperatures, as this may
cause the device malfunction, fire, or explosion.
3. Avoid strong shocks or vibrations to the device and its
accessories, as this may damage the device and its
accessories and cause equipment failure.
4. Before cleaning and maintenance, please stop using the
device, close all applications, and disconnect the power.
5. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning agents or strong
detergents to clean the device or its accessories. Wipe
the device or its accessories with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
6. Avoid long-term exposure to magnetic stripe card (such
as bank card, phone card, etc.), otherwise the magnetic
stripe card may be damaged by the magnetic field.
7. Do not disassemble or modify the equipment and
accessories without authorization, otherwise the
equipment and accessories will no longer be covered by
the company's warranty. Please contact an authorized
service provider when the equipment fails.

1. Do not dispose of this device and its accessories as
ordinary household waste.
2. Follow local regulations and support recycling
operations.
