22 A) Install 2 x T-Nuts into the side channel and slide them to the marked locations.
B) Uninstall the End Caps from the back of the Base Members.

A) Install 1 x T-Nut into the top channel of each Side Member. Slide T-Nuts to the marked location.
B) Install End Caps previously uninstalled in Step 22(b).

A) Install the Countersunk Bolts and End Plate previously uninstalled in Step 21(b).
B) Install Ratchet Handle previously uninstalled in Step 21(a).
