1. Run the treadmill at the speed of about 6 – 8 km/h (without anyone on
the running belt) and observe the running belt deviation:
• If the running belt shifts to the right,
rotate the adjustment bolt on the right
1/4 clockwise.
• If the running belt shifts to the left,
rotate the adjustment bolt on the left ¼
clockwise.
2. Observe the running belt. It may take a few minutes for the belt to adjust itself.
3. If necessary, continue to make the ¼ turns until the running belt is centered.
