GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS

This product must be grounded. If a treadmill malfunctions or breaks down,
grounding provides a path of least resistance for electrical current to reduce the
risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-
grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an
appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all
local codes and ordinances.
DANGER
Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of
electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt
as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided
with the product – if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a
qualified electrician.
This product is for use on a nominal 220-240 Volt circuit and has a grounding plug.
Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration
as the plug. No adapter should be used with this product.
SAFETY KEY INSTRUCTIONS
• For your safety the device is equipped with the SAFETY KEY. The equipment
can only be operated if the safety key is correctly attached to the contact point
of the console. If the safety key is no longer on the contact point, the equipment
automatically stops. Therefore, the safety key cord with the clip must be
attached to your clothing before every training session. If you want to quickly
stop the treadmill, if you can no longer control the speed, or if another
emergency occurs, remove the safety key from the console using the cord.
• To enable the safety key to detach from the contact point of the cockpit in the
event of a fall, the safety key clip must be firmly attached to your clothing!
• Make sure that the safety key is not accessible to children.
