2. +/- BUTTONS: adjust speed manually, adjustment buttons
3. SPEED QUICK SELECTION BUTTONS: when the treadmill is running, set
the speed directly by pressing one of the quick speed buttons (2, 4, 6, 8-
the number on the button indicates speed value; for example by pressing
2, the treadmill will automatically adjust the speed to 2 km/h)
4. P BUTTON: select the desired program from 1 to 15; enter BMI
measurement mode
5. START BUTTON: start your workout or resume after pause
6. STOP BUTTON: pause/ end your workout: press once during workout to
pause it (PAU appears on the display); press second time to end workout
and enter standby state
7. M BUTTON: enter countdown mode; keep pressing to switch between
time countdown → distance countdown → calories countdown
Sleep function: After 10 minutes in standby mode and no operation, the display
will go off and the treadmill will enter sleep mode. Press any button to wake up.

1. PULSE: Displays user's heart rate.
2. SPEED (km/h): Indicates how fast the running belt is moving.
3. TIME (minutes : seconds): Shows workout time.
4. DISTANCE (km): Indicates distance traveled or remaining distance during
your workout.
5. CALORIES: Indicates calories burnt or calories remaining to be burnt
during your workout.
During workout, speed, time, distance and calories screens are displayed respectively.
Pulse screen is displayed only when the heart rate sensors are held.
