Hinweis:
Fir die Einstellarbeiten am A710
ist
ein Set erhaltlich, welches samtliche Einstelleh-

Vorarbeiten und Kontrollen
Wichtig:
Falls das
Laufwerk
ausgebaut
werden
muss,
beachten Sie bitte folgende Punkte:
-
Das Laufwerk darf nicht an den Ton-
motor-Rotoren angehoben werden.
-
Das Laufwerk
darf weder auf die Roto-
ren gestellt noch gelegt werden.
-
Beide Rotoren
sind hdchst prazise Bau-
teile. Unsachgemasse Behandlung schlagt
sich in schlechten Gleichlaufeigenschaf-
ten nieder.
Das Laufwerk kann in seiner normalen Betriebs-
lage auf den Arbeitstisch gestellt werden.

das Laufwerk in drei Positionen zu betreiben.
3.2.1.
Andruckrollen kontrollieren
-
Das Axialspiel muss 0,1 mm betragen.
-
Die Andruckrollen miissen sauber und
ohne Beschadigung sein.
-
Sie besitzen ein Sinterlager und sollten
nicht geschmiert werden.

Sie missen leichtgangig drehen.

3.1

Note: A service kit is available for the adjust-
ments of a A710. {t contains all required aids for
the following adjustments.

Preliminary steps and checks
Important:
if the tape transport must be dismantled, please
observe the following precautions:
-
The tape transport must not be lifted by
its capstan motor rotors.
-
The tape transport must not be set down
horizontally or vertically on its rotors.
-
Both
rotors are high-precision
compo-
nents.
Improper
handling
adversely
af-
fects the
wow-and- flutter characteristic.
The tape transport can be placed on the work-
bench in its normal operating positions.
For making adjustments while the tape transport
is running, a service brace, part No. 1.710.118/4
is available with which the tape transport can
be operated in 3 different positions.
3.2.1
Checking the pinch roller
-
The axial play must measure 0.1 mm.
_
The pinch rollers must be clean and not
show any signs of wear.
-
They are equipped with a sintered sleeve
bearing and do not require lubrication.
-
The rollers must rotate freely.

Travaux préliminaires et contrdles.
Important:
Si on doit démonter te mécanisme, il faut faire
attention aux points suivants:
-
Le mécanisme ne doit pas étre saisi par
les rotors des moteurs de cabestan.

Le mécanisme
ne doit jamais reposer sur
ses rotors.
-
Les deux rotors sont des piéces de haute
précision.
Une
mauvaise
manipulation
provoquera
une détérioration des carac-
téristiques de défilement.
Le mécanisme peut 6tre posé sur la table de tra-
vail dans
sa position
normale
de fonctionne-
ment.
Pour les travaux de réglage du mécanisme
en
fonctionnement,
un support de service est dis-
ponible sous la référence 1.710.198/04. II per-
met de placer le mécanisme dans 3 positions.
3.2.1.
Contrdle des galets presseurs
-
Le jeu axial doit étre de 0,1. mm.
-
lis doivent tourner librement.
