Step 9:
Installing the latissmus column (24), the weight slide (14), the stop slide
(58), the plastic inserts (12), the latissmus bar (16), the handle wrappings
(29), the cable (17) and the cable drum (18) with the screws (39), the
plastic spacers (56), the washers (52) and the sel-locking nuts (49).
1. Place all parts named above accessibly in a ree space.
2. Push the plastic inserts (12) onto the weight slide (14) and the stop slide
(58) at the top and bottom and push the two slides (14 + 58) rom the
bottom onto the latissmus column (24), observing the direction o the
weight disc holder and the stop points.
3. Push the latissmus rest (66) in the opposite direction o the weight disc
holder on the latissmus column (24) and asten rmly with the screw
(38), the washer (52) and the nut (49).
4. Push a washer (52) and a plastic spacer (56) onto the screw (39), insert the
cable drum (18) in the latissmus column (24) with the holes corresponding
and x in place by pushing in the screw (39). Push the second plastic
spacer (56) and a washer (52) onto the screw end and asten rmly with
the nut (49), ensuring that the plastic spacers (56) are not bent.
5. Push the cable (17) with an eye over the installed cable drum (18) through
the latissmus column (24) and joun the cable end to the weight slide (14)
with a carbine hook (45). Then join the other cable end with the second
carbine hook (45) to the latissmus bar (16).
6. Finally, push the spring circlip (27) on the bar bell weight holders o the
weight slide (14).
7. The latissmus column can be pushed into the oot (8) in the same way
as the curler console holder and astened with the handgrip screw (31).
8. Connect the latissimus bar (16) at cable (17) by using carbine hook (45).
To storage the latissimus bar (16), you can put it on latissimus bar rest
(66) o latissimus column (24).
9. Connect the curl bar (70) at cable (17) by using the 8 links chain (69)
and carbine hooks (45). (When using leg curler (10) or exercising you
should take away the curl bar (70) with chain (69).)
10. Depends on exercise you can use the handgrip (71) at cable (17) or leg
curler (10). I you use the hand grip or exercising ensure that the bench
is load with body weight.
Important-Saety-Inormation or using carbine hooks.
Loose the screw nut o C-hook (45) and put in cable's end (17).
Put in the pull bar (16) into the C-hook (45).
Screw the nut o carbine hook (45) tightly and ensure that it is closed.
WARNING:
Beore start exercising ensures that the 5 carbine hooks (45) are clo-
sed tightly.
