All the work and functions described in this document must only be carried
out by technically trained and qualified personnel.
Read and understand this document in full.
Read and understand all safety rules and user documentation for this equip-
ment and all system components.
WARNING!
Ensure system components (robot wirefeeder, Splitbox, etc.) are insulated
when installing on the robot.
Only use the original mounting fixtures to insulate the system components.
WARNING!
Only mount the mounting fixtures described in this documentation on the
robots described. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage caused
by mounting the fixtures on other robots.
WARNING!
Make sure that all screw connections can be tightened to the specified tigh-
tening torques.
If the fixtures on the robot (threaded holes, nuts, etc.) are not factory-desi-
gned for the specified tightening torques, take appropriate measures to rein-
force these fixtures.
Always tighten all screw connections to the specified tightening torques.
WARNING!
10 operating hours after assembly, ensure that all screw connections are
tightened to the specified tightening torque again.
After abnormal operating situations (e.g., robot crash, emergency stop, etc.)
ensure that all screw connections are tightened to the specified tightening
torque.
At regular intervals, ensure that all screw connections are tightened to the
specified tightening torque.
