EXHAUST SYSTEMS SCOOTER RACING MHR

WARNING
These exhaust systems MUST BE USED EXCLUSIVELY
with Malossi MHR cylinder kits art. 3115883 (Ø 52)
and art. 3115901 (Ø 47,6).
IT IS FORBIDDEN to make any modifications to
exhaust system. Whatever form this may take,
Malossi declines any responsibility for defects,
problems, or malfunction arising from the use of any
product which has been modified or tampered with.
Preliminary operations
Before carrying out any work on the machine or its
exhaust, ensure that the temperature of the power
unit and the exhaust will cause no harm either to the
operator or to parts which are not heat resistant (such
as fairing, hoses, sleeves, etc.)
Assembly instructions
• Fit the bracket inserted into the kit and the relevant
(Fig. 1, part. A).

• WARNING: The spacer must be assembled in the
upper part between the engine and the bracket.
• Place the exhaust connector.
• Tighten the 4 Allen screws.
• Set up the exhaust system.
• Put the two springs on the connector
• Fit the silencer.
• Insert the M8 screw into the clamp along with the
(Fig. 1, part. B).

• Insert the spacer.
• Tighten the M8 screw (Fig. 1)
WARNING
In order to avoid any breaking, both exhaust system and
silencer must be able to swing and they mustn't hit any
part of the engine or of the frame.
General care
Check all the fasteners after approximately 200 Km.
Maintenance
From time to time, check all the brackets and fasteners,
which could be affected by use (sound-deadening
material, seals and other rubber parts) and replace
them periodically.
