Statement 344—Complies with FCC RF Exposure
Warning
This device has been tested and complies with FCC RF Exposure (SAR) limits in typical laptop computer
configurations and this device can be used in desktop or laptop computers with side mounted PC Card slots that
can provide at least 0.394 in (1 cm) separation distance from the antenna to the body of the user or a nearby person.
Thin laptop computers may need special attention to maintain antenna spacing while operating. This device cannot
be used with handheld PDAs (personal digital assistants). Use in other configurations may not ensure compliance
with FCC RF exposure guidelines. This device and its antenna must not be co-located or operated in conjunction
with any other antenna or transmitter.
Statement 346—RF Exposure Limits, Dish Antennas Should be
Placed
Warning
In order to comply with international radio frequency (RF) exposure limits, dish antennas should be placed at a
minimum of 8.7 inches (22cm) from the bodies of all persons. Other antennas should be placed a minimum of 7.9
inches (20cm) from the bodies of all persons.

When installing the product, please use the provided or designated connection cables/power cables/AC

adaptors/batteries. Using any other cables/adaptors could cause a malfunction or a fire. Electrical Appliance and
Material Safety Law prohibits the use of UL-certified cables (that have the "UL" or "CSA" shown on the cord), not
regulated with the subject law by showing "PSE" on the cord, for any other electrical devices than products
designated by CISCO.

Warning
All wireless LAN products in the 5.2/5.3GHz band cannot be used outdoors. Use the product only indoors.
