Statement 4036—Australian Radiocommunications Class
Licence
Radio communications device are sometimes used for radio applications with commercial or safety of life
implications. Users of such applications are encouraged to have particular regard to the suitability of operating
under Australian Radio communications Class Licence for their radiocommunications need.

Statement 4037— Spread Spectrum or Low Interference
Potential Devices
It is recognized that interference arising from the operation of a Spread Spectrum device or Low Interference
Potential device still possible, although under less likely circumstances. As an aid to interference resolution
in those circumstances, it is a condition of the operation of a device under a Class Licence that the device not
cause interference to other radiocommunications devices; as well, a device will not be afforded protection
from interference caused by other radio communications services.

Statement 4040—Industry Canada Licensing Scheme
This system operates under the requirements of Industry Canada Licensing scheme and the operator is
responsible for obtaining any and all operating licenses to operate the radio in this band.
Statement 4047—CFR 47 Sections 2.1091 and 15.247 (b) (4)
The radio has been evaluated under FCC Bulletin OET 65C (01-01) and found compliant to the requirements
as set forth in CFR 47 Sections 2.1091 and 15.247 (b) (4) addressing RF Exposure from radio frequency
devices. To maintain compliance, the minimum separation distance from the antenna to general bystander is
20 cm (7.9 inches).
