Das jeweils gültige Belastungsdiagramm ist zu beachten. Langsam an den Stapelplatz heranfahren, Gabelzinken auf eine Höhe mit der Palette bringen und in diese einfahren, bis der Gabelrücken an der Last (Palette) anliegt.

Übersicht Wartung- und Inspektionsarbeiten Wartungsintervalle Wartungsarbeiten Die Führungsrollen sind mit Langzeitschmierung versehen und somit weitgehend wartungsfrei. alle 50 Betriebsstunden bzw. monatlich Laufbahnen und seitliche Anlaufflächen der Führungsrollen in den Hubgerüstprofilen mit Schmierfett versehen. Hydraulikölstand bei ganz abgesenkten Gabelzinken und waagrechter Stellung des Staplers prüfen.

Hydraulikanlage Die Hydraulikanlage besteht im wesentlichen aus Hydraulikaggregat mit angebautem Ablassventil (ge- schwindigkeitsregulierbar) und Sicherheitsventil, sowie Hubzylinder mit eingebautem Senkbremsventil. Außer den gemäß Wartungsanleitung vorgeschriebenen Prüfungen (siehe 5.1. Punkt 3, 4) und dem erforder- lichen Ölwechsel (siehe 5.1, Punkt 13, sowie Ölempfehlung 5.2) bedarf die Hydraulikanlage kaum einer Wartung.

Intervalle täglich Batterie laden Elektrolytstand kontrollieren, falls erforderlich gereinigtes Wasser nach DIN 43530 wöchentlich gegen Ende der Ladung nachfüllen. Hydraulic System The hydraulic system consists of the hydraulic aggregate with mounted-on speed-adjustable lowering valve and safety valve, as well as lifting cylinder with incorporated lowering brake valve. The hydraulic system requires almost no 5.1 maintenance apart from the recommended tests (see 5.1 - 3.4) and the required oil change (see 5.1 - section 13 and oil recommendations 5.2).
