Issues charging the chair.
1. If the chair wont charge after hours of try-
ing.
2. The chair won't start charging, and the light
indicating charging on the hand control is not
blinking.
Periodic errors.
1. The chair won't charge every attempt.

Check that the outlet you are using has power in it, and that it is
turned on.
At the top and to the right on the hand control is a light indi-
cating charging status. This light will blink if the battery is charg-
ing.
At first when you plug the wire for charging in to an outlet this
light will not blink, it will just light up.
After some time the light will start to blink, and this indicates
that the chair is charging. The reason some time might pass be-
fore it starts charging is that the system is prepping the battery
to receive power. This might take extra time if the battery is
cold, or the chair is very low on power.
Contact HMN if the problem persists.
3. The charging light
on the hand control
is not lighting up or
blinking even if the
chair is plugged in to
an outlet.
In case of charging failure, it may be a cable that is
not correctly/properly plugged in.
Check that all cables are correctly inserted, if the
problem persists contact HMN.

Check that the charging wire con-
nected to the control box is cor-
rectly plugged in. Check that the
red locking ring is mounted inside
the plug on the control box. This
issue is normally because the
charging wire or the locking ring is
incorrectly mounted. It can also be
a faulty battery.
If the red locking ring is mounted
correctly it can be seen through
the plug like on the picture to the
left:
