2. INSTRUCTION
If the pressure pot has got a temperature of more than
95 °C after the time has run out, it is cooled down by
cold air until the temperature has fallen below 95 °C.
During this time the cooling air is released by means of
the ventilation valve (26). When operating at 120 °C
the cool down phase can take 5-8 minutes from time
expiration to the opening of the lid.
The possibility of opening the lid is indicated by the green
control lamp (h). Open the lid and remove the objects.
2.5 Abort/termination of programme
The polymerisation process can be terminated prema-
turely. For this purpose push the adjustment knob (b) for
3 seconds. The CeraPower 2.0 ventilates automatically,
the display for time shows 0, the pre-adjusted tempera-
ture is maintained.
For following polymerisation processes with identical tem-
perature continue as described from point 7.2 on.
2.6 Change between °C and °F
At delivery the CeraPower 2.0 units are adjusted to °C.
In order to change to °F push the temperature switch
(e) and the main switch (14) at the same time. The tem-
perature indication display (d) shows L (which stands for
°C). The time indication display (f) shows the maximum
values 120 °C or 248 °F. Push the adjustment knob (b)
one time in order to confirm the selected temperature
denomination.
The time and temperature indication displays (d + f)
indicate 0. Then go on as described from point 2.5 on.

2.7 Reactivation of temperature monitor
In order to avoid an overheating and consequently the
destruction of important CeraPower 2.0 components, all
units have been equipped with a temperature control
(11). This part is situated from outside at the bottom of
the polymerisation pot and interrupts the circuit of the
heating in case of too much temperature development.
In order to reactivate the temperature monitor discon-
nect the unit from the mains and let it cool down. Drain
the glycerine completely through the drain tap (23). Lay
the CeraPower 2.0 on its side and use a soft tissue as
underlay, if necessary.
Unscrew the perforated metal plate at the bottom of
the unit and push the red reset knob of the tempera-
ture monitor until it latches completely. Insert perforat-
ed metal plate again and tighten it. Put the CeraPower
2.0 into normal position, close drain tap (23), fill the unit
with glycerine and connect to the mains by means of the
power cord. Then go on as described from point 2.5 on.
