Problem

Unit does not show any function
◾
Unit does not heat
◾
Unit does not create pressure
◾
Unit looses compressed air
under the lid
◾
Unit blows air out of the security
valve
◾
Lid cannot be opened
Cause
◾
Mains supply is not correct
◾
Main switch is off
◾
Fuses in fuse carrier are defective
◾
Temperature regulator shows 0 °C
◾
Heating is defective
◾
Temperature monitor has switched
off the heating
◾
Unit does not have compressed air
◾
Timer is not turned on
◾
Magnetic valve is defective
◾
Lid O-ring is polluted
◾
Lid O-ring is defective
◾
Input pressure is too high
◾
Temperature in the pressure tank is
too high
Aid
◾
Control the mains supply
◾
Turn on the main switch
◾
Exchange fuses; in case of unsuccessful
exchange look for other causes
◾
Adjust the temperature regulator
◾
Heating has to be exchanged by an
expert
◾
Push reset button at temperature
monitor, temperature monitor is situated
underneath the pressure pot (perforated
metal plate)
or
◾
Temperature monitor is defective and
has to be exchanged
◾
Control compressed air connection
◾
Turn on the timer
◾
Magnetic valve has to be exchanged
by an expert
◾
Clean and grease the lid O-ring
◾
Renew the lid O-ring
◾
Reduce the input pressure
◾
Unit has to be cooled down
