2. INSTRUCTION
2.11 General notes
Repairs on the CeraPower 2.0 units may only be exe-
cuted by experts. Disconnect the unit from mains sup-
ply at any rate. Dreve company is only responsible for
the safety, reliability and performance of the unit, if:
◾
the unit is exclusively used for the corresponding field
of application.
◾
operation is only carried out by accordingly trained
personnel.
◾
the unit is operated in accordance with these working
instructions.
◾
extensions, new adjustments, changes or repairs are
executed by persons authorised by the company.
As we are currently developing our products, we reserve
the right for technical changes.
2.12 Guarantee
The guarantee time amounts to two years after the
date of delivery. Guarantee is only accepted in case of
material or fabrication defects. The guarantee obliga-
tion does not refer to natural wear and tear or to dam-
age occurring after the transfer of risk due to improper
or unsuitable handling, excessive stressing, unsuita-
ble operating material, and chemical, electrochemical
or electrical influences of a nature not provided for
according to the contract. On improper alterations,
repairs or maintenance or breach of seals carried out
by the purchaser or third parties our warranty obliga-
tions and liability for consequences caused thereby are
rendered void.

Liability
The right of the purchaser to bring actions arising out
of defects shall in all cases be in lapse one year after
the date of delivery. The warranty obligation does not
refer to natural wear and tear or to damage occurring
after the transfer of risk due to improper or unsuita-
ble handling, excessive stressing, unsuitable operating
material, and chemical, electrochemical or electrical
influences of a nature not provided for according to
the contract. On improper alterations, repairs or main-
tenance or breach of seals carried out by the purchaser
or third parties our warranty obligations and liability
for consequences caused thereby are rendered void.
