UTILIZZO - ARRESTO MOTORE
FALCIATURA
- Portare il comando acceleratore sulla posizione MAX (Fig. 77
A-B-C), prestando attenzione a non arrivare a fine corsa, per-
ché si rischia di attivare lo starter che potrebbe causare l'ingol-
famento del motore.
- Assicurarsi che il variatore di velocità sia nella posizione più
lenta (Fig. 77C) (mod. V).
- Portare il comando frizione (A) in contatto con il manubrio (B,
Fig. 78).
Regolare la velocità di avanzamento spostando avanti o indietro
il comando di Fig. 79 (mod. V).
Prima di arrestare il rasaerba, portare il comando sulla po-
sizione più lenta (Fig. 77C). La leva deve essere azionata solo
quando il rasaerba é in movimento.
REGOLAZIONE ALTEZZA TAGLIO
Spegnere sempre il motore quando si vuole regolare
l'altezza di taglio.
Impugnare la maniglia (A, Fig.80), schiacciando la leva di sblocco
(E) per alzare o abbassare il rasaerba. Si possono scegliere 5 al-
tezze di taglio che vengono indicate sul cursore (F, Fig.81).
ARRESTO DEL MOTORE
- Portare il comando acceleratore sulla posizione MIN (Fig. 82
A-B) (solo nei modelli che ne sono provvisti).
- Rilasciare la leva (C, Fig. 83).
- Chiudere il rubinetto carburante (VEDI LIBRETTO MOTORE)
(solo nei modelli che ne sono provvisti).
ATTENZIONE – Verificare, prima di ogni utilizzo, che il
rilascio della leva motore provochi l'arresto del motore in
pochi secondi. Fare verificare il corretto tempo di arresto
della lama periodicamente da un Centro Assistenza
Autorizzato.

USE - ENGINE STOPPING
CUTTING
- Put the throttle lever on the MAX position (Fig. 77 A-B-C),
taking care not to reach the limit position, which would
otherwise activate the choke and potentially cause the
engine to flood.
- Check that the speed control is in the slower position (Fig.
77C) (mod. V).
- Then, pull slowly the clutch lever (A) right back to the handle
bar (B, Fig. 78).
Adjust the forward speed by means of the lever (Fig. 79) (mod.
V).
Before stopping the engine, put the lever on the slower
position (Fig. 77C). The speed control lever has to be moved
only when the mower is moving.
ADJUSTING THE CUTTING HEIGHT
Always stop the engine when you want to adjust the
cutting height.
Grip handle (A, Fig.80) pressing release lever (E) to raise or lower
the lawnmower. There are 5 alternative height settings as shown
on slide (F, Fig.81).
ENGINE STOP
- Put the throttle lever on the MIN position (Fig. 82 A-B) (only
on models that are so equipped).
- Release the lever (C, Fig. 83).
- Close the tank tap (SEE THE ENGINE MANUAL) (only on
models that are so equipped).
WARNING – Before using the machine, always make
sure that the motor stops within a few seconds of the
motor lever being released. Have the blade stoppage time
periodically tested by an Authorised Service Centre.

TONTE
- Amener l'accélérateur sur la position MAX (Fig. 77 A-B-
C), en ayant soin de ne pas le pousser à fond pour ne pas
déclencher le starter qui pourrait noyer le moteur.
- S'assurer que le sélecteur de vitesse d'avancement est sur la
position (Fig. 77C) (mod. V).
- Amenez la commande d'embrayage (A) au contact du
guidon (B, Fig. 78).
Pour régler la vitesse d'avancement, déplacer le sélecteur sur la
position souhaité (Fig. 79) (mod. V).
Avant d'arrêter la tondeuse, ramener sur la position min
(Fig. 77C) le sélecteur de vitesse, qui ne peut être actioné que
lorsque la tondeuse est en mouvement.
RÉGLAGE DE LA HAUTEUR DE COUPE
Arrêter le moteur avant de régler la hauteur de coupe.
Saisir la poignée (A, Fig.80) et enfoncer le levier de déblocage
(E) pour soulever ou abaisser la tondeuse. Possibilité de choisir 5
hauteurs de coupe indiquées sur le curseur (F, Fig.81).
ARRET DU MOTEUR
- Amener l'accélérateur sur la position MIN (Fig. 82 A-B)
(uniquement pour les modèles qui en sont équipés).
- Relâcher le levier (C, Fig. 83).
- Fermer le robinet du carburant (VOIR LIVRET MOTEUR)
(uniquement pour les modèles qui en sont équipés).
ATTENTION – Avant d'utiliser la tondeuse, s'assurer que
le moteur s'arrête immédiatement après avoir relâché le
levier. Faire contrôler régulièrement si la lame s'arrête en
un temps correct auprès d'un Centre d'Assistance Agréé.
