ADJUSTING THE FUNCTIONS
SETTING THE SECOND TIME ZONE
For watches housing a dual-time zone movement, the central hands indicate the hours and
minutes of the main time zone. The hour in the second time zone is indicated by the large hand
on the counter at 8 o'clock while the minutes are indicated by the central minute hand.
This second time zone is adjusted by pressing the corrector at 8 o'clock, using the corrector tool
supplied with the watch. The time advances by one hour each time the corrector is pressed.
It is essential to manipulate the correctors using the appropriate tool
delivered in the case, to take your time and to ensure that they have been
pushed in fully before proceeding with any other adjustments.
MAIN TIME-ZONE DAY/NIGHT INDICATOR
A day/night indicator synchronised with the main time zone has been added to the second
time-zone counter. The indicator arrow which is on a disc, shows you what period of the day
it is in relation to your main time zone (that is, the time in your usual place of residence).
The dark section indicates the night. The lighter section indicates the day. The day/night
indicator is automatically adjusted when the main time zone is set.
