WARNING
Risk of burns from hot exhaust pipes
and flue pipes
The exhaust and flue pipes can become
very hot when operating the Combi-
Duo system.
Do not touch the exhaust pipes

during operation.
For gas units: Do not touch the flue
n
pipes during operation.
CAUTION
Risk of crushing due to the weight of
the units
Fingers, hands and feet could be
crushed beneath the units.
Wear appropriate protective
n
clothing for transport and
installation.
Only install one unit at a time.
n
Only lift one unit at a time onto the
n
installation surface.
Use carrying aids such as the
n
manufacturer's lifting aids.
Note the centre of mass when lifting
n
up each unit.
Only lift the units at the intended
n
lifting points.
CAUTION
Sharp edges on the housing
Risk of cuts on the housing when
working in the unit.
Wear protective gloves.

Damage to the connections due to
moving
Unplug all connections before moving
the Combi-Duo. After the work has
been carried out, reconnect them all in
accordance with the instructions.
Level the stand or levelling kit before
setting up the Combi-Duo again.
Castors: Apply the parking brakes.

2.2 Intended use

Combi-Duo is only intended for installa-
tion in large and commercial kitchens. All
other uses are not authorised for the in-
tended purpose, and are not permitted.
The use of the corresponding Combi-Duo
variants depends on the units. Contact
your service partner for the appropriate
kit.
