Setting the desired force
WARNING
• It is forbidden to exceed the maximum torque of the torque
spanner during use.
• It is forbidden to attach extensions to the handle of the spanner,
any incorrect use will cause errors and may damage the
spanner.
• It is prohibited to disassemble. Improper disassembly and
assembly may damage the internal structure and cause serious
damage to the mechanism.
• For a regular check of operation and accuracy, please visit a
professional service centre. Do not repair on your own.
• If storing the torque spanner for a long time, store the spanner
with the torque scale set to the lowest setting, then apply
stainless steel oil and store in a dry place
• To ensure the accuracy of the torque spanner, it should be
checked at least once a year or after 5,000 uses.
• It is forbidden to use the torque spanner as a hammer, to use
pliers to tighten the spanner or to use the spanner in water.
USE
• Select the correct type of torque spanner and socket
according to the torque value required for the bolt or nut to be
tightened.
• Pull out the handle to unlock the additional scale
• Turn the secondary scale to set the torque (combination of
values on the main and secondary scales)
Example: To set the torque to 66 Nm.
• Turn the additional scale to 60Nm. on the main scale near the
reference line. The torque is now set to 60Nm
• Turn clockwise until the 6 on the additional scale aligns with the
centre line. The torque is now set to 66 Nm.
• Put the cap on the end of the bolt or nut.
• Turn the torque spanner clockwise to tighten the screw
• When you hear the sound, stop tightening the bolt, the sound
means that the bolt is already at the set torque value.
CONSERVATION
• When not in use, set the spanner to the lowest reading (except
for preset and electronic torque spanners) and place it in the
case provided.
• With the exception of the ratchet mechanism, the key should not
be lubricated. The ratchet mechanism can be lubricated with a
few drops of light machine oil if necessary.
• Do not use acetone or other solvents to clean the key, instead
use glass cleaner or denatured alcohol applied with a clean
cloth.
• With the exception of the ratchet mechanism, there are no user-
serviceable parts. Do not under any circumstances dismantle
the torque spanner. When service is required, send the spanner
to the nearest authorised service centre.

Der Schraubenschlüssel ist dazu bestimmt, Schrauben und Muttern
mit dem gewünschten Drehmoment anzuziehen.

SICHERHEITSÜBERLEGUNGEN
• Reparaturen dürfen nur von Personen durchgeführt werden, die
nachweislich über eine entsprechende Qualifikation für diese
Arbeiten verfügen, die durch entsprechende Zertifikate belegt
wird.
• Der Schlüssel kann in keiner Weise modifiziert oder verändert
werden.

VERWENDEN
• Wählen Sie den richtigen Typ von Drehmomentschlüssel und
Stecknuss entsprechend dem erforderlichen Drehmoment für
die anzuziehende Schraube oder Mutter.
• Ziehen Sie den Griff heraus, um die Zusatzwaage zu entriegeln

Sekundärskala)
Beispiel: Um das Drehmoment auf 66 Nm einzustellen.
• Drehen Sie die zusätzliche Skala auf der Hauptskala in der
Nähe der Referenzlinie auf 60Nm. Das Drehmoment ist nun auf
60Nm eingestellt
• Im Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis die 6 auf der zusätzlichen Skala
mit der Mittellinie übereinstimmt. Das Drehmoment ist nun auf
66 Nm eingestellt.
• Stecken Sie die Kappe auf das Ende der Schraube oder Mutter.
• Drehen Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel im Uhrzeigersinn, um die
Schraube festzuziehen.
• Wenn Sie das Geräusch hören, hören Sie auf, die Schraube
anzuziehen. Das Geräusch bedeutet, dass die Schraube bereits
den eingestellten Drehmomentwert erreicht hat.
ERHALTUNG
• Wenn Sie den Schraubenschlüssel nicht benutzen, stellen Sie
ihn auf den niedrigsten Wert ein (außer bei voreingestellten und
