9.1
Maintenance

Check the following points in addition to the national regulations:

• Whether the clamping screws holding the electrical lines fit securely
EN
• Whether the device has cracks or other visible signs of damage
• Whether the permissible temperatures are complied with
EN
• Whether the parts are securely fitted
EN
• Whether the device is free of dust and coarse dirt
EN
• Ensure it is being used as intended.

9.2
Overhaul
Perform maintenance on the device according to the applicable national regulations and
the safety notes in these operating instructions ("Safety" chapter).
During maintenance, protect the device from being switched on again using the locking
device / lock (Art. No. 107115) (see Chapter 8.1).
Check residual current devices (RCDs) in stationary systems every 6 months to verify that
they are functioning correctly by actuating the test equipment test button.
Function test of FI switches/circuit breakers
The function test must be performed regularly, at least once semiannually, as long as
there are no other regional or customer-specific requirements for additional testing.
For function testing in the on-state, press the test key "T".
The FI switch/circuit breaker must be triggered immediately.
