21. Never wrap the lead cable around the appliance.
22. Always disconnect the lead cable from the wall socket
pulling on the plug, never on the cable.
23. Never carry the base by the lead cable.
24. Use the appliance only indoors.
25. Do not use the appliance near combustible materials
such as curtains etc.
26. Do not use the appliance in the oven or the microwave.
27. Make sure that the lid of the appliance is always com-
pletely closed, to prevent injuries from hot splashing
water.
28. Make sure that all users, especially children, are aware
of the danger of injury from escaping steam or hot
splashing water. Risk of burns!
29. The surface of the cover may become hot during opera-
tion. Therefore always use the handles of the cover.
30. Do not move the appliance as long as it is in operation,
to prevent scalding from splashing water.
31. Do not use the appliance with accessories of other man-
ufacturers or brands, to prevent damage.
32. Disconnect the appliance from the wall socket after use
and prior to cleaning. Never leave the appliance unat-
tended when it is connected to the wall socket.
33. Let the appliance cool off before cleaning it.
34. Never open the casing of the appliance. There is danger
of electric shock.
35. Check the appliance, the wall socket and the lead cable
regularly for wear or damage. In case the lead cable or
other parts appear damaged, please send the appliance
or the base to our after sales service for inspection and
repair. Unauthorised repairs can constitute serious risks
for the user and void the warranty.
36. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qual-
ified person in order to avoid a hazard.
