2 in 1 function
The 2 in 1 function enables the body weight of babies and small children to be deter-
mined. The child is held in the arms of an adult. Proceed as follows.
– Press the start key briefly with no load
on the scales.
– Wait until the display
– Stand on the scale without the child.
You can read off the weighing result on
the digital display.
– Now hold down the 2 in 1 key to activate
the adult-and-child function.
The scale stores the weight of the adult
and the display returns to zero.

– Now take the child onto the scale. You
can leave the scale to do this, in which

The scale determines the weight of the
child. Once the value is stable for about
3 seconds, the display is retained. This
avoids the display jumping about as a
result of the child's movements.

son's weight does not change (e.g.
due to a piece of clothing being
removed).
