Produkt- und Funktionsbeschreibung
Der Jalousieaktor empfängt Telegramme von Sensoren über
den Instabus und steuert mit seinem Ausgang einen Jalousie-
oder Rollladenmotor an. Beide Fahrtrichtungen des Aktors sind
mechanisch gegeneinander verriegelt. Der Aktor bietet zusätz-
lich die Möglichkeit, gezielt Jalousie- bzw. Rollladen- und Lamel-
lenpositionen bei Sonnenschutz- oder Positionstelegrammen
anzufahren. Beim Empfang einer Sturmmeldung ist der Aktor in
der Lage, die Jalousien bzw. Rollladen in eine vorgegebene Si-
cherheitsstellung zu fahren und dort zu verriegeln.
Zusätzlich verfügt das Gerät über zwei Nebenstelleneingänge,
die in Abhängigkeit der Parametrierung direkt auf den Ausgang
(Vorort-Bedienung , siehe „Auslieferzustand") oder alternativ
auch als Binäreingänge auf den Instabus wirken können. Die
angeschlossenen potentialfreien Schalter- oder Tasterkontakte
werden über ein gemeinsames Bezugspotential am Aktor einge-
lesen. Als Binäreingang können Telegramme zum Schalten oder
Dimmen, zur Jalousiesteuerung, zum Wert setzen oder Szenen
abrufen / speichern ausgesendet werden.
Auslieferzustand:
• Bei Auslieferung ist der Schaltzustand der Ausgänge nicht de-
finiert.
•
Bei Anlegen der Busspannung schalten die Relais aus.
•
Bei angelegter Busspannung steuern die Nebenstellenein-
gänge die Relais des Aktors wie folgt an:

Montage und Verdrahtung
Allgemein:
Es wird empfohlen, den Aktor in zwei miteinander verbundene
Unterputz-Dosen zu installieren (vgl. Bild 1). Die eine Dose (A)
kann neben dem Bus- und Nebenstellenanschluss auch z. B. ei-
nen Serienschalter (C) aufnehmen. Die andere Dose (B) nimmt
den Aktor und die 230-V-Klemmen auf. Die 6polige Anschluss-
leitung (D) wird durch die Dosenverbindung geführt.

• Das Gerät darf nur von einer zugelassenen
Elektrofachkraft installiert und in Betrieb
genommen werden.
• Bei Anschluss des Gerätes ist darauf zu achten,
dass das Gerät freigeschaltet werden kann.
• Das Gerät darf nicht geöffnet werden.
• Bei der Planung und Errichtung von elektrischen
Anlagen sind die einschlägigen Richtlinien, Vor-
schriften und Bestimmungen des jeweiligen Lan-
des zu beachten.
• Bei der Installation ist auf ausreichende Isolie-
rung zwischen Netzspannung und Bus bzw. Ne-
benstellen zu achten! Es ist ein Mindestabstand
zwischen Bus-/Nebenstellenleitungen und Netz-
spannungsleitungen von mindestens 4 mm ein-
zuhalten. (siehe Bild 2)
Eingänge:
Zwei Nebenstelleneingänge dienen zum Anschluss potential-
freier Kontakte zur Vorort-Bedienung oder als Binäreingänge.

• Zur Vermeidung von störenden EMV-
Einstrahlungen sollten die Leitungen der Eingän-
ge nicht parallel zu Netzspannung führenden Lei-
tungen verlegt werden.
• Eingang A (grün), Eingang B (gelb) oder Be-
zugspotential (com) (weiß und braun) darf nicht
mit Eingängen oder Bezugspotential (com) von
weiteren Geräten verbunden werden.

• An die Nebenstelleneingänge auf keinen Fall
Netzspannung (230 V) oder andere externe
Spannungen anschließen! Durch den Anschluss
einer Fremdspannung wird die elektrische Si-
cherheit des gesamten KNX/EIB-Systems (SELV /
keine galvanische Trennung) gefährdet!
• Personen können gefährdet, Geräte und Einrich-
tungen können zerstört werden!
• Nicht verwendete Adern der 6poligen Anschluss-
leitung sind gegeneinander und gegenüber
Fremdspannungen zu isolieren.

Product and Applications Description
The blind actuator receives telegrams from sensors via the In-
stabus and controls a shutter or blind motor with its output.
Both travel directions are mechanically interlocked. With sun
protection or positioning telegrams, the actuator offers more-
over the possibility of moving shutters, blinds and slats into any
desired position. On reception of a storm warning, the actuator
is capable of moving shutters or blinds into a predefined safety
position and to lock them up in this position.
In addition, the device has two extension inputs that depending
on parameter settings, can act directly on the output (local op-
eration, see "state of delivery") or alternatively also as binary in-
puts on the Instabus. The connected potential-free switch or
push button contacts are read in via a common reference po-
tential on the actuator. As binary input, telegrams can be
transmitted for switching or dimming, for Venetian blind con-
trol, value setting or scene recall / save.
State of delivery:
• When delivered, the switching state of the outputs is unde-
fined.

On application of the bus voltage, the relays will switch off.
•
With the bus voltage applied, the extension inputs control
the relays of the actuator as follows:

Mounting and wiring
General:
It is recommended that the actuator is installed in two flush
sockets connected to one another (cf. fig. 1). One socket (A)
can accommodate, e.g., a series switch (C) as well as the bus
and extension connection. The other socket (B) accommodates
the actuator and the 230 V terminals. The 6-pole connection
lead (D) is guided through the socket connection.

Danger
• The device must be mounted and commissioned
by an authorised electrician.
• When connecting the device, it should be en-
sured that the device can be isolated.
• The device must not be opened.
• For planning and construction of electric instal-
lations, the relevant guidelines, regulations and
standards of the respective country are to be
considered.
During installation, ensure adequate insulation be-
tween mains voltage and bus or extensions! A mini-
mum spacing should be maintained between bus /
extension cable cores and mains voltage cable
cores of at least 4 mm.

Inputs:
Two extension inputs can be used for the connection of poten-
tial-free contacts for local control or as binary inputs.

Caution
• To avoid disruptive EMI irradiation, the lines of
the inputs should not be laid parallel to lines con-
ducting mains voltage.
• Input A (green), input B (yellow) and reference
potential (com) (white and brown) must not con-
nect to inputs or reference potential (com) of
other devices.

Danger
• On no account should you connect mains voltage
(230 V) or other external voltages to the exten-
sion inputs! Connection to an external voltage
would endanger the electrical safety of the entire
KNX/EIB system (SELV / no galvanic isolation)!
People can be at risk, equipment and devices can
be destroyed!
• Unused cable cores of the 6-pole connection lead
are to be insulated from one another and from
external voltages.
