Components in Detail: Mandrels / Stoppers
Mounting on Bending Plate
Necessary parts:
2x carriage bolts M5x50
2x washers 5/10
2x knurled nuts M5 12/10
Fasten all pieces with 2 screws for adequate
stability.
All bending mandrels and stoppers are de-
signed for tube diameters of 12 or 13 mm
and 16 mm. The necessary guidance is always
aligned downwards.

Multi Mandrel
(in two sizes)
Small version:
Tubes with 13 or 12 mm Ø are bent around a 23.5 mm radius
Tubes with 16 mm Ø are bent around a 22 mm radius
Big version:
Tubes with 13 or 12 mm Ø are bent around a 33.5 mm radius
Tubes with 16 mm Ø are bent around a 32 mm radius
Do not bend over a total angle of 180°, so that you can still remove the tube
when it has cooled.
possible angles: 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°
