In combination with the following equipment, expansion foam can also
be produced.
•
Foam compound
•
Proportioner
•
Foam net
•
Air tube
►
Fold out stabiliser.
►
Release stabiliser lock.
►
Fold out stabiliser.
►
Close stabiliser lock again.
►
Connecting to a suitable water supply.
►
The water supply hoses can be laid to the high performance fan
from behind.
Max 5 bar water pressure and approx. 200 l flow rate.
►
Mount the foam net with integrated tension belt on the nozzle unit.
►
Mount the air tube over the foam net and fix it with a belt.
►
Shorten the tension belts to the required length, to prevent suction in
the nozzle unit.
►
Attach the tension belt ends to the handles or the frame of the high per-
formance fan to avoid suction.
►
Mount proportioner.
►
Mount on the connection coupling of the high performance fan.
Or
►
Mount between high performance fan and water supply.
►
Operate high performance fan.
Refer to chapter "Start high performance fan".
Expansion foam is discharged from the high performance fan.
With commercially available multi-range foaming agents, the following
foam expansion is achieved by the air performance.
•
1:500 to 1:800
►
Stop foam supply.
►
Stop high performance fan.
Refer to chapter "Stop high performance fan".
Expansion foam operation is stopped.
After each foam operation, all parts supplied with foam must be flushed.
