1. SAFETY REGULATIONS
Prudence is essential when it comes to on the job safety and to
prevent industrial accidents.
The following cautions are offered here for this precise purpose.
Failure to follow the regulations listed below releases Goldoni from all
liability.
1. Any cleaning, service or maintenance work on the mower bar must only be
done with the engine switched off.
2. When transporting the mower, cover the cutter bar with its special guard.
3. If you are working of a steep gradient, a second operator must prevent the
tractor from sliding or tipping over. He can do this with the help of a tensioned
cable upstream from the tractor and at a safe distance.
4. The operator must make every effort to keep by-standers out of the machine's
working range.
5. Do not tamper with the machine's safety devices.
6. Safety plates and stickers are essential means of information on correct use
of the machine. Replace them when they are illegible or badly worn.
7. The operator must check to be certain that every part of the machine and,
especially the safety devices, are in good working condition and work to
specs. They should be kept in perfect working condition. If you note any
malfunctioning,
8. fix or repair them in good time. If necessary contact your nearest Goldoni
Assistance
Centre.

2. ASSEMBLING
2.1 BAR TO DRIVE TRAIN
See Fig.1.
The bar is fixed to the drive train using the screw G Fig. 1. Insert the two spacers
H, in the assembly kit, angling them as shown in the diagram
When low wheels, (400x8; 6x6; 16x6.50-8), are mounted on the motor unit, the
bar angling spacers are not needed.
Fix knife head C through holes D using the two M8 screws in the kit.
Regulate axial knife head play with the two registering pins E. Lock them in
position with screws F.
