BEFORE FIRST USE (#2-3)
Before first use, remove any stickers, protective films or protective covers.
WARNING: Please make sure the appliance is unplugged before assembling it or changing accessories.
1. Attaching the mop head to main unit (#2): Place the mop head on the floor. Now push the end of the
main unit onto the connector on the mop head until it snaps into place. Do not use force, and pay attention
to the pins on the plug connection.
2. Assembling & fixing the telescopic pole (#3): The two parts of the aluminium tube of the telescopic
pole are pre-assembled. Open the telescopic pole latch and pull out the thinner pole of the tube, then fix
the telescopic pole into place by closing the telescopic pole latch. Attaching the handle: Now attach the
handle to the thinner end of the telescopic pole, making sure that the two pins on the handle engage in the
two holes on the telescopic pole.
3. Attaching the telescopic pole to the appliance (#4): Now insert the telescopic pole into the upper
opening on the main appliance, paying attention to the semicircular notches on the telescopic pole. The
snap lock on the rear side of the telescopic pole must point backwards.
4. Adjusting the telescopic pole (#5): Open the telescopic pole latch and slide the telescopic pole in/out
to the desired length. Fix the telescopic pole in place by closing the telescopic pole snap lock.
5. Attaching the pads (#6): The microfibre pads are attached to the mop head with 4 Velcro fasteners

USE
Floor surfaces such as marble, ceramic, stone, linoleum, sealed hardwood floors and real wood parquet can
be cleaned with the Livington Steam Twister.
Filling and inserting the water tank (#7):
1. Push the water tank release button above the water tank upwards to allow removal of the water tank.
2. Turn the water tank upside down and open the tank's screw cap. Now fill the tank with water. Use the
measuring cup if necessary. Do not remove the metal ball or hose from the water tank. Make sure
the metal ball in the water tank is always fully immersed in water during operation.
3. Close the water tank with the screw cap. Insert the water tank back into the appliance, making sure the
tank snaps firmly into place.
Note: Ordinary tap water can be used for the Livington Steam Twister. However, in areas with hard water,
we recommend using distilled water for better performance.
Note: In certain cases, the visible hose in the water tank can be kinked. This impairs the operation. You
should remove the kink from the hose.
TIP: For a particularly fresh scent when cleaning, we recommend using the Livington steam scent. This is
available as an additional accessory. Particularly suitable for households with pets. Simply add 2 to 3 squirts
into the appliance's water reservoir.

1. Plug the power cord into an earthed mains outlet. Press the steam button. The appliance will now start
heating up, the temperature display will flash red while it is heating up and the appliance will begin to tick

will turn solid red and the blue vapour indicator will light up. The first steam level is now activated. Note:
The appliance may drip from the time it is started up until the target temperature is reached. This is
not a malfunction, but a normal part of the heating-up process. To stop the steam emission, switch the
appliance off using the on/off switch.
2. Steam level regulation (#8): You can choose between 3 steam intensities.
• GREEN steam indicator (Level 1):
The first steam level is automatically activated after heating up. The
