All the parts in this watch are manufactured from
top-quality materials. Nevertheless, a number of parts
are subject to natural wear and tear. It is particularly
important to ensure that points at which wear occurs
are always optimally lubricated and that contamination
of the oil caused by metal-to-metal abrasion is regularly
removed. This is why we recommend that you have a
maintenance service carried out on your watch about
every five years. Please contact an approved IWC
Official Agent or send your watch directly to the IWC
Customer Service Department in Schaffhausen.
Adjusting the metal bracelet
The metal bracelet of your IWC watch can be readily
adjusted to the size of your wrist. You can make this
adjustment yourself by removing or adding individual
bracelet links.
