Functions
Espresso
- The hot water passes finely through the ground coffee. Normally, it is served in quantities
of 44 to 59 ml due to its brew strength.
- Press the "Single espresso" button to prepare a single espresso.
- Press the "Double espresso" button to prepare a double espresso.
Cappuccino
- Drink consisting of 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk and 1/3 milk foam.
- Select the desired amount of foam by moving the foam selector to the left (less foam) or
to the right (more foam). The amount of froth can be adjusted during the brewing cycle.
- Press the "Single Cappuccino" button to prepare a single cappuccino.
- Press the "Double Cappuccino" button to prepare a double cappuccino.
Note
Once the machine has finished dispensing coffee, it will dispense milk. To obtain less milk than
the preset quantity, press again the same button once you have reached the desired quantity.
Latte
- Drink consisting of 1/4 espresso and 3/4 milk foam.
- Press the "Single latte" button to prepare a single latte.
- Press the "Double latte" button to prepare a double latte.
Note
Once the machine has finished dispensing coffee, it will dispense milk. To obtain less milk than
the preset quantity, press again the same button once you have reached the desired quantity.
Milk froth
- Press and hold to prepare the desired amount of milk foam. Stop pressing the button once
you have obtained the desired amount.
- Remove the milk container and store it in the refrigerator or pour out the remaining milk.

Coffee customisation
- The amount of coffee can be adjusted and saved for future coffees.
- Press and hold down the 'Single espresso' button until you have obtained the desired
amount of coffee for a single espresso. This amount will be saved and applied to the
remaining single espressos.
- Press and hold down the 'Double espresso' button until you have obtained the desired
amount of coffee for a double espresso. This amount will be saved and applied to the
remaining double espressos.

- To brew less coffee than the machine's default, press and hold the same button and
release it when you have the desired amount.
- To return to the factory settings, press the "Double Espresso" and "Single Espresso" button
at the same time for several seconds until you hear a beep.
Warning
Use only roasted or ground coffee in the coffee machine.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Milk container and foam dispensing tube
- Although the milk container can be stored with milk in the refrigerator, it is important to
clean both the milk container and the dispensing tube regularly to avoid blockages and
residue formation. Follow the below instructions:
1. Remove the milk tank from the unit.
2. Remove the container cover.
Pour out any milk left, rinse and wash the milk tank and its lid thoroughly with warm

soapy water.
4. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they will
damage the product. The milk tank is dishwasher safe (top rack). Do not wash the
container cover in the dishwasher.
5. Place a large cup under the foam dispenser tube.
6. Press the "Cleaning" button and the unit will start to emit steam through the dispensing
tube, leave it for several seconds until no milk residue is visible in the glass. Once there is
no more milk visible, press the "Cleaning" button once to stop the process.
7. Empty the remaining water from the milk container and place it back into the machine.
Coffee spout, portafilter and filters
Turn off the power switch, make sure that all icon lights are off and disconnect the power

cord from the mains socket.
2. Let the machine cool down to avoid burns.
3. Remove the portafilter and discard the coffee grounds. Wash both the portafilter and
filter with warm soapy water and rinse them well. Do not wash the portafilter and filters
in the dishwasher.
4. Use a damp cloth or napkin to clean the coffee spout.
5. Place the portafilter (without any filter) back in the unit.
Place an empty large cup under the portafilter.

7. Press the 'Single espresso' button and the machine will carry out the cleaning process
and, once it is done, stop automatically.
