To prepare the seedbed, we recommend using one of
the following hoe models:
Cultivation pattern A – Make two passes over the area
to be hoeed, the second at right angles to the first.
Before use, remove any visible stones or other foreign
bodies from the area.
CAUTION: Before moving the tiller from place to
place, turn off the engine and wait until the tines have
completely stopped. Avoid the tines touching the
ground when moving the tiller. The tines and the
device may be damaged even if the motor is stopped.
WORKING
Crop Pattern B – Makes two passes over the area to be
hoeed, the second overlapping the first.
Foreign Object Removal: During use of the appliance, a
stone or root may become lodged in the tines, or thick
grass or seeds may become surrounded around the tine
shaft. To disengage the tines or the tine shaft, release the
trigger lever, wait until the tines are fully immobilized and
unplug the tiller. Dislodge or remove foreign matter from
the tines or tine shaft. To facilitate the removal of large
clods or seeds that are wrapped around the tine shaft,
remove one or more tines from the shaft. See Teeth
