Troubleshooting

Disorder
The display doesn't light up, when
the power cord is connected.
The induction unit does not heat.
The appliance suddenly stops
operation.
The remote control doesn't work.

Possible cause

1. The power cord resp. the
connecting cord was not inserted
properly.
2. No supply voltage / insufficient
supply voltage.
3. Internal defect.
1. The cookware is not suitable for
induction or the bottom diameter
is too small.
2. The cookware is not placed in
the middle of the glass ceramic
surface.
3. The overheat protection is
activated.
4. Internal defect.
1. The overheat protection is
activated.
2. The surrounding temperature is
too high.
3. Internal defect.
1. The distance to the induction unit
is too large.
2. The battery is empty.
3. Internal defect.
Troubleshooting
1. Assure that the power cord is
connected properly to the
contact opening of the mains
outlet socket. Check whether all
connecting cords are properly
plugged in. Plug the cord into a
suitable socket.
2. Make sure that the power outlet
carries the required voltage.
3. The appliance is defective.
