9 Wait until the indicator light on the front of the appliance
comes on.This is the signal that the Cellesse Vitesse is in
proper contact with the skin and is ready for use.
10 Always move the appliance in one direction only: upwards
towards the heart.
11 Move the appliance slowly and gradually from a little above the
knee to the upper part of your thigh.
The Vacumotion massage system will lift the skin, massaging the cellulite
layer in an intensive, effective and pleasant way.
12 Let your hand follow the movement of the appliance.
A complete stroke from just above the knee to the upper part of the
thigh will take approximately five seconds.

13 When you have finished a stroke, press the Vacumotion Stop
button.The indicator light goes out and the Vacumotion action
is temporarily switched off.
The Vacumotion Stop system is particularly convenient when you are
using the appliance at higher intensities.
14 Lift the appliance off your skin.

15 Place the Cellesse Vitesse back onto your skin, right next to
where you began the first stroke, and start a new stroke.
16 Repeat this procedure until you have treated your entire thigh,
except the inside, with a series of slow, upward, adjacent
strokes.
If you wish, you may apply a cream, lotion, talcum powder or
other type of skincare product to your skin after using the
Cellesse Vitesse.
The recommended frequency for initial treatment is three times a
week, 7.5 minutes on each leg. Read the section headed 'Following
an effective treatment programme'.

Cleaning and maintenance

Never immerse the appliance in water or rinse it!
For the best results, clean the appliance after every treatment
with a moist cloth and, if necessary, a drop of washing-up liquid.
Make sure the filter of the suction pump does not get damp.
Do not use alcohol, acetone, petrol, abrasives, scourers, etc., to clean
the appliance.
