The mounting bracket is intended for use with the Deltabar S and Deltabar M devices. In the event of vibrations, please observe
the data on vibration resistance in the Technical Information for the devices.
The Deltabar S PMD75 with mounting bracket, "Heavy duty version", complies with the GL Guidelines for the Performance of Type
Approvals, Chapter 2 - Test Requirements for Electrical/Electronic Equipment and Systems (VI-7-2) Edition 2003.
Installation

Mounting examples
Procedure:
1. Removal of the screws at position number (1) is not permitted under any circumstances and will result in the loss of
warranty.
2. For installation, use screws position number (2) only.
3. To prevent the mounting screws from scoring, lubricate them with a multipurpose grease prior to mounting.
4. Tighten the screws (2) with the following torques: M10 lubricated: 30 to 40 Nm (22 to 30 lbf ft); M12 lubricated:
50 to 60 Nm (37 to 44 lbf ft); 7/16 UNF lubricated: 50 to 60 Nm (37 to 44 lbf ft)
5. When mounting on a pipe, tighten the nuts at position number (3) on the bracket uniformly with a torque of at least
30 Nm (22.13 lbf ft).
