2.4 Installation of the hob

DANGER! The hob must be installed by a qualified professional
only. Do not carry out the installation yourself. RISK OF ELECTRIC
SHOCK!
The safety distance between the hob and a wall cupboard above should be at
least 450 mm.
The safety distance between the hob and an extractor hood above should be at
least 650 mm.
Do not install the appliance above cooling equipment, dish washers or laundry
dryers.
When installing the appliance ensure optimal heat radiation to maintain the
operating safety.
The wall and the reach of the heat radiation above the worktop must be made of
heat-resistant materials.
To avoid any damage, the sandwich layer and adhesive must resist heat.
