  • Seite 5: Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

    Ruhe-EKGs (Elektrokardiogramm) von erwachsenen Männern und Frauen. CardioSecur ist ein medizinisches, elektrisches System, welches aus einem EKG-Kabel, einem iOS- Gerät und einer App für ein iOS-Gerät besteht. CardioSecur zeichnet mit 4 Elektroden bis zu 22 EKG-Kanäle auf. Indikation Diagnosen, die der Standardplatzierung eines 10-Elektroden EKGs gestellt werden können (Ischämien, Rhythmusstörungen).

    Öffnen, zerlegen oder reparieren Sie CardioSecur nicht. Bauen Sie CardioSecur nicht um. CardioSecur enthält keine vom Benutzer zu wartenden Teile. Warnung: Lagern und verwenden Sie CardioSecur nur im Rahmen der in den technischen Daten angegebenen Umgebungsbedingungen (siehe Abschnitt 9, Technische Daten und Betriebsbedingungen), sonst kann die korrekte Funktion nicht garantiert werden.

    Beachten Sie die Hinweise der Apple Inc., um Ihr iOS-Gerät zu reinigen und zu warten. Reinigung und Desinfektion von CardioSecur CardioSecur darf nur mit einem leicht angefeuchteten Tuch gereinigt werden. In den meisten Fällen ist eine Reinigung mit Wasser und Seife ausreichend. Flüssigkeiten auf dem Gehäuse müssen unverzüglich mit einem trockenen Tuch abgewischt werden.

    CardioSecur is intended to record, display and document a resting electrocardiogram (ECG) for adult males and females. CardioSecur is a medical electrical system comprising an ECG cable, an iOS device and an app for an iOS device. CardioSecur records a 22-lead ECG using 4 electrodes.

In case that the distance is less than 2 meters CardioSecur may not perform properly.

    CardioSecur dient voor het registreren, weergave en documenteren van het rustecg (elektrocardiogram) van volwassen mannen en vrouwen. CardioSecur is een medisch, elektrisch systeem, dat uit een ecg-kabel, een iOS-apparaat en een app voor een iOS-apparaat bestaat. CardioSecur registreert met vier elektroden een 22-kanaals-ecg.
