-Solvent based lubricants used,
- Belt is too tight.
Plug the unit into a wall socket with an
EARTH terminal. Set switch (L) to
Position [1].
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
The assistance of a second person
is necessary for the assembly work.
Make sure that all of the pieces are
there, Fig.0:
(1) Main structure; (2) Left upright tube;
(3) Right upright tube; (4) Console
support; (5) Monitor; (6), (7), (8), (9)
Cover; (10) Left cover; (11) Right cover;
(12) Screw M8x35; (13) Screw M8x15;
(14) Screw M5x12; (15) Washer M8;
(16) Screw M3,5x12; (17) Safety key;
(18), (19), (20) Wrenches; (21) Bottle of
lubricant.
Follow the instructions step by step to
assemble:
1 Take the unit out of the box and
place it on the floor.
2 Next, take the right upright tube (3),
connect the cables coming out from
the right upright tube and the cables
coming out from the main unit. Place
the upright tube (3) to the base
support and fix it using the screws (13)
and the washers (15), Fig.1.
Take the left upright tube (2) and

place it to the base support and fix it
using the screws (13) and the washers
(15), Fig.1.
3 Connect the cable coming out from
the monitor support (4) with the cable
coming out from the right upright tube
(3), Fig.2 (A). Position the monitor
support using the screws (13) and the
washers (15), Fig.2.
Tighten all the screws from 2. and 3.
step.
4 Connect the cables coming out of the
monitor with the cables coming out
from the monitor support, Fig.3.
Place the monitor (5) on the support (4)
and fix it using the screws (12) and the
washers (15), Fig.3.
5 Place the covers (6), (7), (8), (9)
using the screws (16), Fig.4.
6 Place the left (10) and right (11)
covers using the screws (14), as shown
in Fig.5.

Remove
removing the screws (22) from the
base and from the main frame, Fig.7.
8 LUBRICATION.-
CAUTION: Before the first use,
apply approximately half the bottle
of lubricant in the central part of the
belt, along the entire board, and on
both sides as shown in Fig.8.
